EXPERIENCE
During law school, Nirmal interned with the now Honorable Justice M. M. Sundresh, Supreme Court of India, and clerked under the Honorable Justice K. K. Sasidharan, High Court of Judicature Madras. From 2010-11, he worked with Senior Counsel R. Krishnamoorthy, Former Advocate-General of Tamil Nadu. From 2011-13, he worked with the now Senior Counsel Satish Parasaran.
In 2013, Nirmal commenced his private practice along with his friend and colleague Nandhakumar Munisamy. In 2019, Nirmal, Nandha, and their friend and colleague K. Mukund Rao established their law firm Eswar, Kumar & Rao in Chennai, India. Nirmal actively practiced in India till 2020.
After being admitted to the GA Bar in 2021, Nirmal received training in Family law and Personal Injury law at two different law firms in the Atlanta Metro Area before setting up his independent law practice.
